Terms of Service
This document is written to match what the code does rather than what is convenient to claim.
What this service is
CREO generates advertising material using AI models. The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee campaign results, approval by ad platforms, or any particular performance metric.
Credits
The service is prepaid, in credits. Credits do not expire.
A full creative pack costs 10 credits. Individual section costs are shown in the interface.
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for material that breaks the law or ad platform policy: fraud, forged documents, illegal substances, or anything involving minors. Accounts in violation may be closed without refund.
Governing text
The Russian and English versions of these terms are equivalent; in case of conflict the Russian version controls.
