Refund policy

No crypto refunds

Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are irreversible. Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be returned to a wallet.

Technical failures

If a generation fails on our side, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically. This is the only automatic refund.

Underpayment and overpayment

Credits are issued in proportion to the amount actually received, at the exchange rate locked on the invoice. Send less and you get fewer credits, not none. Send more and you get more.

A payment arriving after the quote expires is still credited, at that same locked rate.

Each address belongs to one invoice. A transfer sent to it after the funds have been collected needs manual review — contact us.

Wrong network

A transfer sent on a network other than the one stated on the invoice cannot be recovered. Check the network before sending.
